New Line Cinema: Nightmare on Elm Street III;My Demon Lover | MGM/UA: Running Scared | Laurel Television: George Romero’s Tales from the Darkside-24 episodes| Lexington Scenery: Kongfrontation (for Universal Hollywood tour, click for video of version installed in Florida); Milton Bradley Toys Exhibit Room (New York Toyfair); Masters of the Universe touring exhibit; Commercials for Miller Lite and Acura.

1985 - Scenic Artist

Laurel Television: Tales from the Darkside - 24 episodes | Cinnabar Scenery: Commercials for McDonald’s; Chevy; Jell-O; Continental Airlines; game shows Perfect Match; The "New" Let’s Make a Deal; Avenging Force (Cannon Films); The Men’s Club (Cannon Films).

1984 - Art Director

USC Film School: several student films| American Film Institute: several student films including Sweetwater w/Diane Ladd| Perez Associates: Commercials for Sasson Jeans and Menswear; Barrett Homes| Independent Feature Films: The Freedom Square; Neon Maniacs.

1983 - Scenic Artist

NBC/Burbank: Worked daily on sets for the Tonight Show (w/Carson); Days of Our Lives; Super Password; Real People; Fight Back (w/Horowitz); The Midnight Special; Wheel of Fortune; Specials for Dick Clark and Rodney Dangerfield | PCPA Theatrefest (Pacific Conservatory of Performing Arts: seven show summer repertory on two stages.

1981-83 - Production Assistant

Center Theatre Group:(Ahmanson, Mark Taper Forum, Aquarius and Huntington Hartford Theatres) Assisted Managing Director Michael Grossman at the Ahmanson Theatre and Production Director Don Winton at the Mark Taper Forum. I helped with errands and administrative tasks, and also frequently participated in "load-ins" and "strikes" assisting Lighting and Set Designers, on approximately 20 productions (original productions and national tours). Assisted Lighting Designer Martin Arronstein on CTG/Universal film production, the Zoot Suit movie.

1979-80 - Production Assistant

Shubert Organization: Assisted on National Tours of Annie, and Evita.

Music Business

In the late 80's and early 90's, Kim co-owned an independent record label called Blue Jazz Records (we recorded pianist George Michalski, the Waterfront Blues Band, saxophonist Vince Wallace and Johnny Nitro and the Doorslammers, among others).. She was Assistant Producer on several classic jazz re-issue recordings for MCA's GRP, Decca, Chess and Commodore labels. She was a governor and president of the SF chapter of NARAS and production coordinator for rock merchandiser Winterland Productions (see 90's promotional video).
